Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
- Some products may not be available for international shipping due to import/export restrictions.
- For specific shipping restrictions or questions about your location, please contact our customer service team.
International Orders & Customs
- International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
- We cannot declare merchandise values lower than the actual purchase price or mark items as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.
Shipping Address
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or reshipment at our expense.
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
Damaged or Lost Items
- If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact our customer service team within 48 hours.
- For packages marked as "delivered" but not received, please check with your local postal service and neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date.
- We are not responsible for packages that are reported lost or damaged more than 14 days after the delivery date.
